S33 series crusher regenerator

　　The vibrating crusher consists of a frame, trough, material basket, vibration motor, rubber composite spring, screen, etc., and has the functions of crushing, de-molding, and screening. It can process old sand up to 400℃, with an old sand recovery rate of over 95%. The trough and material basket are both made of high-quality low-alloy steel and are subjected to artificial aging treatment to remove welding stress. The trough's sloped bottom is coated with a silicon carbide wear-resistant layer, which helps to enhance the friction and de-molding effect during material movement.

　　The vibration motor is fixed to both sides of the crusher trough with high-strength bolts. The production rate is determined by adjusting the excitation force of the vibration motor.

　　It uses special composite rubber spring damping. When the machine stops, energy-consuming braking is used to avoid the resonance zone.
