F37 series backwater wet dust collector

　　This dust collector is suitable for purifying gases in casting workshops, especially in situations with high dust content, high gas temperature, and high purification requirements, such as sand removal and sand processing. It can be used for all hydrophilic dust.

　　During operation, dusty air enters the body horizontally from the inlet, where large particles settle. Then, the air passes through nozzles on both sides. In the nozzles, the dusty air mixes thoroughly with water, forming a water curtain at the nozzle outlet that covers the nozzle outlet cross-section. Under these actions, finer dust is collected, purifying the air. The water droplets carried by the purified air are retained by the water baffle. The water in the tank is continuously recycled, with only evaporative loss, so the water consumption during operation is very low. The return water pipe is inserted into the water, reducing water agitation, which is conducive to dust sedimentation and maintains high dust removal efficiency for a longer period.
